Byron Bay Cookies have become an icon within premium cafés and coffee shops. The cookies are based on a soft textured American style recipe and made in Byron Bay, Australia.
Our Café Cookies range is sold from stylish glass jars (see image below), which are available with branded mats, tongs and swing tags. Each cookie weighs between 55g and 65g and is packed in sixes.
The Byron Bay Cookie Company has been making all kinds of wonderful treats for many years now, originally handmade at the bake house in, you guessed it, Byron Bay.
The cookies are still part handmade and contain no GMO's. They appeared on the front cover of Australian Vogue and are a real favourite not only in Oz but worldwide.

Our famous golden cookie smothered in colourful ‘choc drops’and crammed with creamy milk choc chunks. A favourite amongst adults and children alike.
A moist chewy cookie, delicately spiced and overflowing with dates, walnuts and chunks of succulent ginger. This cookie won Gold at the Great Taste Awards.
A delicious shortbread base crammed with macadamia nuts.
