Frozen Delivery
The below delivery schedule is a guide only and is subject to change.
Delivery Schedule (Frozen)
Frozen delivery to the Greater London area. Deliveries are generally made Mondays to Fridays between 6am and 12:30pm. We aim to make delivery within 2 working days for deliveries placed before 10am. Delivery days and times are a guide only and may be subject to change.
Frozen Delivery to the Northampton area. Deliveries are generally made on Thursdays between 6am and 12.30pm, where orders are received by 10am the preceding working day. Delivery days and times are a guide only and may be subject to change.
Frozen Delivery to the Romford area. Deliveries are generally made on Thursdays between 6am and 12.30pm, where orders are received by 10am the preceding working day. Delivery days and times are a guide only and may be subject to change.
Frozen delivery to the Central North areas. Deliveries are generally made Mondays to Fridays between 6am and 3pm. Deliveries are generally made within 1-3 working days where orders are received by 10am. Delivery days and times are a guide only and may be subject to change.
Frozen delivery to the North West area. Deliveries are generally made on Fridays between 6am and 3pm where orders are received by 10am the preceding day. Delivery days and times are a guide only and may be subject to change.
Frozen delivery to the North East area. Deliveries are generally made on Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays (depending on order volume) between 6am and 3pm. Please ensure orders are placed before 10am on Tuesdays. Delivery days and times are a guide only and may be subject to change.

Frozen Delivery to the Milton Keynes/Luton area. Deliveries are generally made on Wednesdays between 8am and 12.30pm, where orders are received by 10am the preceding working day (this may be subject to change due to order volumes).

Ambient Only Delivery
If your basket consists entirely of non frozen/ambient products, a flat-fee of £5.95 will apply. Prices exclude VAT.
Ambient-only orders are typically dispatched using DPD’s next-day delivery service; however, Projuice cannot guarantee next-day arrival.
Please note deliveries to Northern Ireland and Scotland may take longer and may incur a delivery surcharge.
Further Information
ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER 10AM OR OVER THE WEEKEND WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT WORKING DAY.
All Frozen deliveries will be made between 6AM – 3PM Monday to Friday depending on your delivery area.
Please ensure you are available to receive your order during this time as your goods will need to be transferred to a freezer.
Collections are available from our depots in Exeter, Twyford & Warrington (view contact page for address details) – collection time slots must be pre arranged with the office and payment must be received before you arrive.
NON-FROZEN (Ambient)
If you are only ordering ambient products your order will be delivered by courier DPD.
FROZEN
If you are ordering frozen products or a mix of frozen and ambient products, we will deliver these on our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles.
Occasionally if your order includes both frozen and ambient products we may split your delivery between our own vehicles and DPD.
NON-FROZEN (Ambient)
If you are only ordering ambient products we deliver nationwide on a next day service with DHL
Please note: there is an additional charge for Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland
FROZEN
We try our hardest to offer nationwide delivery for our frozen products however there are some areas of the country that we cannot reach on our refrigerated vehicles. In this case we will refer you to one of our Food Service Partners.
Our Food Service Partners distribute a limited range of our products on our behalf.
There is no minimum order.
We do ask for a signature on receipt of the goods.
Frozen goods are exceptionally more exspensive to courier than ambient, we offer a premium service, with our own vehicle and drivers, (in most areas) complete with temperature tracking. We also provide ETAS and live tracking in most areas.
Your invoice is generated when the order has been despatched and delivered, this will be emailed to you

Frozen Delivery is free on 12 qualifying boxes.
