Delicious soup in 3 simple steps

Getting started with our pre-made soups couldn’t be simpler. Each box contains 5 x 2.4kg frozen bags, giving you 12kg of soup per box. At a recommended portion size of 400g, that’s around 30 servings per box – enough to keep your customers happy throughout the week.

Serving in three easy steps:

1. Defrost: Move a soup bag from the freezer to the fridge and leave it to thaw overnight (allow 24 hours for a full defrost).
2. Heat: Pour the defrosted soup into a saucepan or soup kettle and heat until piping hot, stirring occasionally. Avoid boiling to keep the flavour and texture at their best.
3. Serve: Ladle into bowls, mugs or takeaway pots and serve straight away. A bread roll, crusty sourdough or a sprinkle of croutons makes the perfect finishing touch.

Storage:

Keep frozen at minus 18°C or colder. Once thawed, keep chilled (0°C to +5°C) and use within 14 days. Once opened, keep chilled (0°C to +5°C) use within 3 days and by date shown on label.

Directions for use:

Thoroughly defrost in a refrigerator before use. Open and stir well. Serve hot. HOB: Remove contents from packaging. Place into a saucepan or soup kettle. Heat until piping hot. Stir occasionally; do not boil. MICROWAVE: (800W) 2 ½ mins; (900W) 2 mins (based on portion size of 400g). Remove contents from packaging. Place into a non metallic container. Cover. Heat on full power. Timings may vary according to oven power and portion size. Heat until piping hot.
