My Account

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This may take up to 5 minutes to come through. Please check your spam / junk email if you haven’t received it.

Your delivery ETA will depend on the products you’ve ordered and also where you are in the UK. The standard delivery details for your area will be on your order confirmation. You can also find these on our delivery information page. One of our friendly staff will be in touch the day before the delivery to confirm.

If you’ve gone into your account, your order status might be ‘Processing’. This means that the order has been received from our side and no further action is needed from you.

You can set up an account in 2 ways. Either select the ‘Create an account’ checkbox on the checkout page or you can go to the Register / Log in page and follow the prompts under the ‘Register’ heading.

To reset your password, please click here. You should receive an email with a reset password link in it (please check your spam / junk folders). Click on the link and follow the prompts. 

If you don’t receive an email, it’s possible that you don’t have an account registered with that email address.

You may have used that email address previously to place an order, but if you didn’t actively select the ‘create account’ option whilst checking out, an account wouldn’t have been created for you.

Checkout & Website Payments

Security is a top priority for us. Transactions on our website are processed on a secure page hosted by Lloyds Bank. This provides the security of a leading bank and means that none of your card details are stored on the Projuice website. 

You’ll be able to pay by:

  • Visa Debit
  • Visa Credit
  • Mastercard Debit
  • Mastercard Credit
  • Maestro
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

There are a few reasons a payment may not go through successfully. Try checking the following before reaching out to us:

  • 3D Secure authentication (most common issue): Your bank may ask you to verify the transaction through your banking app or via text. Once you’ve approved it, please return to the Projuice website to complete payment.

  • Expired payment link: If a payment fails when using a payment link, that link automatically expires. Contact the Projuice team and we’ll send you a new one.

  • Temporary system outage: Occasionally, high traffic or brief server interruptions can cause errors. Wait a few minutes and try again from the website.

  • Card or account limits: Your card may have daily transaction limits or restrictions on certain types of purchases. Check with your bank if you suspect this might be the issue.

  • Browser or device issues: Clearing your browser cache (click here for guide), switching devices, or trying a different browser can sometimes resolve unexpected errors.

In early 2026, we made some improvements to our website. As a result, some returning customers may experience issues accessing their basket.

We recommend clearing your browser cache and then trying again. You can follow this guide for simple steps to clear your cache and cookies in different browsers.

This error usually means our servers are taking longer than expected to respond. It’s often temporary and can happen during periods of high traffic or maintenance.

Please wait a minute or two and refresh the page. If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache or accessing the site from a different device or internet connection.

Delivery FAQs

Frozen

If you are ordering frozen products or a mixture of frozen and ambient products your delivery day depends on our delivery schedule.

Ambient

If you are only ordering ambient products we will deliver the next working day, if we have received payment before 12pm. Ambient only orders are sent via DHL and you will receive an email/text on the morning of your delivery with a 1 hour timeslot.

Frozen

If you are ordering frozen products or a mix of frozen and ambient products we offer free delivery on 12 boxes. 

Ambient

If you are only ordering ambient products the cost of delivery is £5.75+VAT (flat fee).

Please note: We do offer a 6 box pricelist where free delivery is available on orders of 6 or more boxes. At the moment we don’t offer online orders for this pricelist – only via email or phone. If this is of interest, please get in touch.

Frozen

If you are ordering frozen products or a mix of frozen and ambient products, we will deliver these on our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles.

Occasionally if your order includes both frozen and ambient products we may split your delivery between our own vehicles and DHL.

Ambient

If you are only ordering ambient products your order will be delivered by courier DHL.

Frozen

We try our hardest to offer nationwide delivery for our frozen products however there are some areas of the country that we cannot reach on our refrigerated vehicles. In this case we will refer you to one of our Food Service Partners.

Ambient

If you are only ordering ambient products we deliver nationwide on a next day service with DHL.

Please note: there is an additional charge for Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland

Our Food Service Partners distribute a limited range of our products on our behalf. To find out which partners service your area get in touch.

Smoothies

It couldn’t be simpler – empty the sachet into a blender, add juice and blend! Check out our handy “how to guide“.

  • Depending on the flavour and your pricelist you can expect to pay between 65p and 87p per sachet.
  • As a finished product – so including juice, a cup, lid and straw you can expect to pay between £1 and £1.20
  • The RRP for our smoothies is £3.45 so there are large profit margins to be enjoyed for minimal preparation and effort

Our smoothies are supplied in 150g sachets with 15 or 30 Sachets in one shipping box.

  • As a finished product – so including milk, a cup, lid and straw you can expect to pay between £1 and £1.20.
  • The RRP for our milkshakes is £3.95 so there are large profit margins to be enjoyed for minimal preparation and effort.

Our milkshakes are supplied in 250ml tubs with 18 tubs in box.

One Shot Ice Cream

One Shot Ice Cream is a premium dessert that is served from a dispenser. Simply choose a flavour, pop the capsule into the dispenser and push the button.

After the initial cost of the dispenser – currently from £995 plus VAT (which includes 216 free portions) you can expect to pay between 88p and £1.01 per capsule. As a finished product – so including cone or tub and spoon you can expect to pay between £1.05 and £1.20.

The RRP for our One Shot ice Cream is £3.45 so there are large profit margins to be enjoyed for minimal preparation and effort.

Our One Shot Ice Cream is supplied in 160ml capsules with 18 capsules in an shipping box. We currently offer 4 ice cream flavours, 3 frozen yogurt flavours and 1 vegan sorbet.

We offer two dispensers, the OS7 and the OS8. The OS8 is the latest model and requires no self assembly – just plug in and play – it also includes a self-cleaning piston head.

Problend 950 Blender
