What are Smoothie Bowls?

Smoothie bowls are a popular breakfast or snack made by blending various fruits, liquids (milk, juice, or water), and sometimes protein sources like yoghurt until smooth. The smoothie mixture is then poured into a bowl and topped with nutritious ingredients like fresh fruits, coconut flakes, granola, seeds, nuts, and honey.

Smoothie bowls are thicker in consistency than traditional smoothies, allowing them to be eaten with a spoon.
